Data Deletion

You can delete your data from PostingAja at any time in any of these ways.

1. In the dashboard

• Disconnect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) on the Accounts page: its access token is deleted immediately and we stop publishing to it.
• Delete content and stock: deleted videos, thumbnails and photos are also removed from our storage.

2. By email

Email halo@postingaja.com from your account email with the subject "Delete data". Name the workspace concerned or ask for the whole account to be deleted. We confirm the request, delete the account data, content and connected social accounts within 30 days, and let you know when it is done.

3. Data from Facebook and Instagram

You can remove PostingAja's access in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select PostingAja and choose Remove. Then email us as described above if you want the data we received from Meta (Page and Instagram account IDs and names, tokens, and post IDs) deleted; we delete it within 30 days.

4. Google/YouTube and TikTok

• Revoke Google access in your Google permissions.
• Revoke TikTok access in TikTok settings → Security → Manage app permissions.

What is not deleted

• Posts already published on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube live in your platform account; delete them on that platform.
• Transaction records that must be kept for tax purposes.
